摘要
通过对《伤寒杂病论》及《金匮要略》原文的研读,探讨仲景组方用药特点,三味药固定使用是仲景疗病用药的经验结晶。现本文就“三味方”治疗胸痹心痛进行探讨,深入探讨其在经方中的配伍及临床应用规律,可为目前冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的防治甚至现代其他心血管疾病的防治提供更多的思路和方法,具有重要的临床价值,希冀对临床医师在运用中医药治疗冠心病方面有所裨益。
By studying Shanghan Zabing Lun (《伤寒杂病论》) and Jingui Yaolue (《金匮要略》), this paper discusses the characteristics of prescriptions, and found three kinds of medicine was applied commonly. This article discusses the treatment of Xiongbi (胸痹) and Xintong (心痛) with the Sanwei prescription (三味方), to be helpful for clinicians in the treatment of coronary heart disease in TCM.
