针灸疗法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者临床症状及颈椎功能的影响

Efficacy of acupuncture on clinical symptoms and cervical function in patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type

目的:探讨椎动脉型颈椎病采取针灸疗法联合推拿治疗的疗效。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年5月我院收治的78例椎动脉型颈椎病,随机分为对照组(39例,予常规治疗)与观察组(39例,予常规治疗和针灸疗法),进行疗效观察。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率较对照组明显要高(P<0.05);同时,治疗后,两组各项评分均显著改善,而观察组改善程度较对照组更好(P<0.05);此外,治疗后,两组搏动指数(Pulsatility Index,PI)、阻力指数(Resistance Index,RI)明显下降,最大峰值血流速度/收缩期峰值流速(Peak Systolic Velocity,PSV)、椎-基底动脉平均血流速度(TMFV)明显升高,而观察组各项指标的变化较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:椎动脉型颈椎病采取针灸疗法联合推拿治疗疗效显著,能显著改善患者局部血流速度,改善颈椎功能及临床症状,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate efficacy of acupuncture with massage on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: 78 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group took conventional treatment. The observation group too acupuncture more. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the scores in two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The PI and RI in two groups were decreased, PSV and TMFV were increased, while the changes of the indicators in the observation group were more obvious than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture with massage on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type was effective, can significantly improve the local blood flow velocity and improve cervical vertebra function and clinical symptoms.
