针灸配合推拿手法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的临床效果

A study on the clinical effect of acupuncture with massage on lumbar disc herniation

目的:研究针灸配合推拿手法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,将其随机分为两组,各45例。采取针灸疗法治疗对照组,基于此配合推拿手法治疗观察组。比较两组功能评分变化、临床效果以及复发情况。结果:在功能评分上,两组治疗前比较差异不显著,且P>0.05;而治疗后观察组较对照组显著提高,且P<0.05。在治疗有效率上,观察组为97.78%,较对照组的84.44%显著较高,且P<0.05。在复发率上,观察组为2.22%,较对照组的17.78%显著较低,且P<0.05。结论:针灸配合推拿手法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的临床效果非常显著,其具有操作简便、无不良反应、患者易接受、功能恢复良好、复发率低等优势,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of acupuncture with massage on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each. Acupuncture was applied in the control group. The treatment group was given massage. Results: Functional score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05. Efficiency in the observation group was 97.78%, higher than 84.44% in the control group, P<0.05. The recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.22%, lower than 17.78% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Acupuncture with massage on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was effective, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
