骨宝口服液治疗老年性骨质疏松症45例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating senile osteoporosis with the Gubao oral liquid

目的:探讨骨宝口服液治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取90例老年性骨质疏松症,按随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组予以骨科常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上,给予我院自行研制生产的骨宝口服液进行治疗,10 mL/次,3次/天,连续6个月。对比分析两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry Dability Index,ODI)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(Bone-specific Alkaline Phosphatase,B-ALP)、血清Ⅰ型胶原交联C端肽(β-cross-linked C-telopeptide of type I collagen,β-CTX)的变化,并于半年后复查骨密度。结果:两组的VAS评分、ODI指数均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分、ODI指数均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的B-ALP水平、β-CTX水平优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组B-ALP水平、β-CTX水平均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的BMD值、T值优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组BMD值、T值均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药骨宝口服液治疗老年性骨质疏松症,可明显缓解疼痛,改善活动功能,短期内能够提高骨密度和骨转换率。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the Gubao oral liquid (骨宝口服液) on senile severe osteoporosis. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (45 cases) and the control group (45 cases). The control group received routine orthopaedic treatment, while the experimental group received the Gubao oral liquid more. Results: The VAS score and ODI index in two groups were better than those before treatment (P<0.05). The VAS score and ODI index in the treatment group were better (P<0.05). The levels of B-ALP and β-CTX in two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of B-ALP and β-CTX were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, BMD and T values in two groups were better than those before treatment (P<0.05). BMD and T values in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Gubao oral liquidcan obviously relieve pain and improve activity function, can improve bone mineral density and bone turnover rate in a short time.
