宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗精液不液化的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating unliquefiable semen with the Ningmitai capsules plus antibiotics

目的:观察宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗精液不液化的临床效果。方法:选取我科收治的精液不液化患者122例,采取数字随机法分成观察组(61例)和对照组(61例),对照组采取常规头孢丙烯片治疗,观察组则采取宁泌泰胶囊联合头孢丙烯片治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组与对照组总有效率分别为81.97%、54.10%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后前向运动精子、精子活力、精子活率、精子浓度、精液量水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后前向运动精子、精子活力、精子活率水平均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后精子浓度、精液量水平均治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗精液不液化的临床效果显著,提高基本治疗效果,是有效的治疗方案之一,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Ningmitai capsules (宁泌泰胶囊) plus antibiotics on unliquefiable semen. Methods: 122 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 61 cases in each. The control group was treated with Cefprozil, and the observation group was given the Ningmitai capsules more. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group and the control group were 81.97% and 54.10%, respectively. The total efficiency in the observation group was higher (P<0.05). After treatment, forward movement sperm, sperm motility, sperm survival, sperm concentration, semen volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05 ). Forward movement sperm, sperm motility, sperm survival in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the difference of sperm concentration and semen volume between two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Ningmitai capsules plus antibiotics are effective on unliquefiable semen, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
