摘要
李氏清暑益气汤出自李杲的《脾胃论》,用于治疗平素气虚,又感暑湿或湿热郁结,耗伤气阴而导致的诸多疾病,临床应用时只要抓住气阴亏虚,湿热郁结这一病机,准确辨证,加减此方,常获得较好的疗效。
The Qingshu Yiqi decoction (清暑益气汤) was recorded earliest in Piwei Lun 《(脾胃论》). It could treat various diseases caused by Qixu (气虚), Shushi (暑湿) or Shire Yujie (湿热郁结), Haoshang Qiyin (耗伤气阴). In clinical application,we only need to seize Qiyin Kuixu (气阴亏虚) and Shire Yujie (湿热郁结), to accurate differentiation of syndromes and addition or subtraction of the prescription,and often receive better clinical effects.
