小青龙汤治疗外寒内饮型咳嗽变异性哮喘效果

Efficacy of the Xiaoqinglong decoction on cough variant asthma in Waihan Neiyin

目的:观察小青龙汤治疗外寒内饮型咳嗽变异性哮喘效果。方法:本次样本研究收集2017年12月-2018年11月我院收治的94例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,根据就诊顺序分为中医治疗组(48例)和常规治疗组(46例),常规治疗组予以常规治疗,中医治疗组予以小青龙汤治疗。而后对比两组患者肺功能情况、咳嗽症状积分以及临床疗效。结果:中医治疗组肺功能情况、咳嗽症状积分以及临床疗效与常规治疗组比较,存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:小青龙汤治疗外寒内饮型咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,可以将此治疗方法在临床一线治疗中大力推行。

Objective: To observe the effect of the Xiaoqinglong decoction (小青龙汤) on cough variant asthma in the Waihan Neiyin type (外寒内饮型). Methods: 94 patients were divided into the TCM treatment group and routine treatment group. The conventional treatment group was treated by routine treatment, and the TCM medicine treatment group was treated with the Xiaoqinglong decoction. Results: There were significant differences in lung function, cough symptom scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xiaoqinglong decoction was effective on cough variant asthma in Waihan Neiyin type.
