摘要
目的:对经络注血疗法治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床疗效进行观察。方法:将2017年6月―2018年12月我院收治40例气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者以随机分组形式进行对组,一组为对照组给予中药进行治疗,一组为观察组给予经络注血疗法进行治疗,对比其治疗效果。结果:①观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%比对照组患者治疗总有效率70.0%高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗前两组患者NIHSS评分比较并无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组患者生活质量评分比对照组患者高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经络注血疗法治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床效果较为理想,且具有操作简单、安全性高、经济实惠等特点,得到临床与患者的认可,为中风后遗症患者的治疗开辟新的治疗途径。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian blood injection therapy on apoplexy sequelae of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2018,40 patients with apoplexy sequelae caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine as the control group,and the other group was treated with meridian blood injection therapy as the observation group,and the treatment effect was compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(70.0%),which was with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)There was no difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of meridian blood injection therapy is relatively ideal in treating apoplexy sequelae caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis,it is characterized by simple operation,high safety,and economic benefits,etc.,and it has been recognized by clinical doctors and patients,opens up a new way for the treatment of apoplexy sequelae patients.
