疏肝健脾汤浴治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction on functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency

目的:观察疏肝健脾汤浴治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选自2016年3月-2018年3月本院收治的120例患肝郁脾虚功能消化不良患者,随机分成两组,对照组60例西药治疗,研究组60例疏肝健脾汤浴治疗,观察两组治疗效果及生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率95.00%比对照组的80.00%高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组躯体功能(84.83±3.95)分、心理功能(86.15±5.41)分、社会功能(83.15±4.36)分、物质生活(81.36±5.19)分得分比对照组高,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾汤浴可有效治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良,提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,在临床中具一定应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction(疏肝健脾汤)on functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods:120 patients with dysfunction of liver stagnation and spleen function who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 60 patients in the study group were treated with Shugan Jianpi Decoction(疏肝健脾汤).The treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the study group had a physical function(84.83±3.95)and a psychological function(86.15±5.41).The scores of social function(83.15±4.36)and material life(81.36±5.19)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jianpi Decoction(疏肝健脾汤)could effectively treat functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,improve the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life of patients,and had certain application value in clinic.
