脑卒中偏瘫患者实施中医护理对其康复效果的影响

Effect of TCM nursing on the rehabilitation effect on stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探析脑卒中偏瘫患者实施中医护理对其康复效果的影响。方法:以2017年1月-2018年8月我院收治的108例脑卒中偏瘫患者为例,按照护理方案的不同分为对照组(54例)和研究组(54例),对照组接受常规护理,研究组实施中医护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组HAMA(32.51±4.23)分、HAMD(32.36±4.52)分、NIHSS(3.42±0.53)分,相比对照组均较低(P<0.05);ADL(58.32±8.78)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫实施中医护理的效果显著,利于缓解不良情绪,提高日常生活能力,加快康复进程。

Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 108 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were divided into the control group(54 cases)and the study group(54 cases)according to the different nursing programs.The control group received routine care and the study group was implemented Chinese medicine care.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The HAMA(32.51±4.23),HAMD(32.36±4.52),and NIHSS(3.42±0.53)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ADL(58.32±8.78)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on stroke patients with hemiplegia was significant,which was beneficial to alleviate bad emotions,improve daily living ability and speed up the recovery process.
