血液透析治疗海洛因成瘾的临床研究

Clinical study of hemodialysis in the treatment of heroin addiction

目的:研究血液透析治疗海洛因成瘾的效果。方法:抽调2016年3月-2017年3月我院收治的80例海洛因成瘾患者,均自于潮州自愿戒毒医院,根据随机数字表法分为两组各40例。其中对照组采用阿片类替代品递减疗法,研究组采用血液透析进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后OWS评分与治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者OWS评分差异无统计学意义,但是在治疗第3天、治疗第7天与治疗15天研究明显低于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率92.50%明显高于对照组75.00%,研究组在复吸率上12.50%低于对照组32.50%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:通过对海洛因成瘾患者实施血液透析治疗,治疗时间短且患者症状与体征能够及时得到改善,属于较为安全有效的治疗方式,值得应用。

Objective:To study the effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of heroin addiction.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2017,80 heroin addicts in our hospital were all from Chaozhou voluntary detoxification hospital.According to the random digital table method,they were divided into two groups(with 40 cases in each group).The control group was treated with decreasing opioid substitutes,and the study group was treated with hemodialysis.The OWS score and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in OWS score between the two groups before treatment,but on the 3rd day of treatment,on the 7th day and the 15th day of treatment,the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%).The reabsorption rate of the study group was 12.50%,which was lower than that of the control group(32.50%).The difference was of statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Through hemodialysis treatment for heroin addicts,the treatment time is short and the symptoms and signs of the patients can be relieved in time.It is a safer and more effective treatment method,which is worth of application.
