益气活血通络汤对糖尿病患者血糖水平及血清胱抑素C的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on blood glucose level and serum cystatin C in diabetic patients

目的:分析益气活血通络汤对糖尿病患者血糖水平及血清胱抑素C的影响。方法:选择我院2015年4月-2018年4月150例糖尿病患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组(75例)和研究组(75例),对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上采用益气活血通络汤治疗,对比两组的血糖水平及血清hs-CRP、CysC含量。结果:治疗后,研究组GLU(5.13±0.51)mmol/L、2hPG(8.27±1.24)mmol/L、HbA1c(3.42±0.43)%、hs-CRP(2.01±0.16)mg/L、CysC(0.83±0.25)mg/L,相比于对照组均较低(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者采用益气活血通络汤治疗的效果显著,可有效控制血糖水平,减少血清胱抑素C含量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(益气活血通络汤)on blood glucose level and serum cystatin C in diabetic patients.Methods:The clinical data of 150 patients with diabetes mellitus from April 2015 to April 1818 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(75 cases)and the study group(75 cases).The control group received routine treatment and the study group received Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(益气活血通络汤)on the basis of the routine treatment.The blood glucose levels and serum hs-CRP and CysC levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the study group had GLU(5.13±0.51)mmol/L,2hPG(8.27±1.24)mmol/L,HbA1c(3.42±0.43)%,hs-CRP(2.01±0.16)mg/L,and CysC(0.83±0.25)mg/L,which was lower than the those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(益气活血通络汤)in diabetic patients was significant,which could effectively control blood sugar level and reduce serum cystatin C content.
