金水六君煎与穴位敷贴联合治疗对慢性支气管炎患者血液流变学、炎症因子以及肺功能的影响

Effects of Jinshui Liujun Decoction combined with acupoint application on hemorheology, inflammatory factors and lung function in patients with chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨金水六君煎与穴位敷贴联用对慢性支气管炎患者的血液流变学、炎症因子和肺功能的作用效果。方法:选取2017年4月―2018年5月于我院就诊的49例慢性支气管炎患者作研究对象,按照随机抽签法分组为对照组与观察组,观察组25例,对照组24例。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用金水六君煎与穴位敷贴联合治疗。比较两组治疗后的血液流变学(PCV、PV、RCAI、切变率1和切变率200)、炎症因子(IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α)以及肺功能(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC)情况。结果:治疗后两组PCV均下降,但两组PCV对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组PV、RCAI、切变率1和切变率200均下降,且观察组下降幅度均更大(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平均下降,且观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:金水六君煎与穴位敷贴联用治疗慢性支气管炎,可有效改善患者血液流变学,降低血清炎症因子水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore effects of Jinshui Liujun Decoction(金水六君煎)combined with acupoint application on hemorheology,inflammatory factors and lung function in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 49 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in the observation group and 24 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the combination of Jinshui Liujun Decoction(金水六君煎)and acupoint application.Hemorheology(PCV,PV,RCAI,shear rate 1 and 200),inflammatory cytokines(Il-6,Il-8 and TNF-α)and lung function(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:PCV of the two groups decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PV,RCAI,shear rate 1 and shear rate 200 in the two groups all decreased,and the decrease range was larger in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV1%and FEV1/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Il-6,Il-8,and TNF-αlevels decreased in both groups,with a greater decrease in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Jinshui Liujun Decoction(金水六君煎)and acupoint applications can effectively improve the hemorheology of patients and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
