快速康复护理与中医特色护理共同应用于卵巢癌围手术期护理的研究

Study on the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing in perioperative nursing of ovarian cancer

目的:观察快速康复护理与中医特色护理共同应用于卵巢癌围手术期护理的效果。方法:筛选出80例于2017年1月―2018年1月在本院妇产科进行治疗的卵巢癌患者,将其分为两组(观察组40例,对照组40例)。对照组提供快速康复护理,观察组采用快速康复护理联合中医特色护理,观察和比较两组患者在术后6h、12h、24h、3d、5d的疼痛指标改善情况。结果:观察组患者术后不同时间的疼痛改善情况与对照组相比,改善效果更优,且组间差异明显,说明有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将快速康复理念联合中医特色护理应用于卵巢癌围手术期患者的护理干预中,能够有效改善术后疼痛,效果明显,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing on perioperative nursing of ovarian cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with ovarian cancer who were treated in our department of obstetrics and gynecology from January 2017 to January 2018 were screened and divided into two groups(40 in the observation group and 40 in the control group).The control group received rapid rehabilitation care.The observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the improvement of pain indicators at 6 h,12 h,24 h,3 d and 5 d after operation was observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the improvement of pain in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant,indicating statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing intervention of perioperative patients with ovarian cancer could effectively relieve postoperative pain,which was of significant effect and clinical promotion value.
