中医药治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗骨髓抑制的临床观察

Clinical observation of bone marrow suppression in the treatment of malignant tumor by traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨中医药治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗骨髓抑制的临床效果。方法:选取124例于2016年1月―2017年12月在我院进行化疗后出现骨髓抑制情况的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组行常规西医治疗,研究组于对照组基础上加施中医药治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者化疗前的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗14d后均有所下降,但研究组化疗后水平明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗可有效改善恶性肿瘤患者放化疗后的骨髓抑制情况,帮助患者顺利渡过放化疗期,延长患者生存期,值得在临床当中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on bone marrow suppression by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:124 cases of malignant tumor patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelet before chemotherapy between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14d of chemotherapy,the level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment could effectively improve the myelosuppression of patients with malignant tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and help patients to successfully get through the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and extend the survival period of patients,which was worthy of clinical application.
