按摩及拍打足底涌泉穴对减轻全膝关节置换术后下肢肿胀的护理研究

Nursing effect study of massage and tapping Yongquan acupoint on reducing the swelling of lower limb after total knee joint replacement

目的:探究按摩及拍打足底涌泉穴对减轻全膝关节置换术后下肢肿胀的护理作用。方法:收集我院骨伤科行全膝关节置换术后出现患肢肿胀的患者60例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组30例,对照组30例,两组患者均进行膝关节置换术,对照组予以常规治疗及康复训练方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上联用按摩及拍打足底涌泉穴,两组术后均治疗14天。对比分析两组下肢肿胀程度、HSS膝关节功能评分优良率以及患者满意度。结果:术后1日两组下肢肿胀程度相比,差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14日两组下肢肿胀程度的改善均优于术后1日(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组下肢肿胀程度减轻,HSS膝关节功能评分优良率较高,护理满意度评分较高(P<0.05)。结论:按摩及拍打足底涌泉穴有利于减轻全膝关节置换术后下肢肿胀,改善膝关节功能,护理满意度较高适宜临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of massage and tapping Yongquan acupoint(涌泉穴)on reducing the swelling of lower limbs after total knee joint replacement.Methods:Sixty patients with limb swelling after total knee arthroplasty in orthopaedics and traumatology department of our hospital were collected.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Patients in both groups underwent knee joint replacement,while patients in the control group received conventional treatment and rehabilitation training.Patients in the treatment group received massage and tapping Yongquan acupoint(涌泉穴)on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The degree of lower limb swelling,the excellent and good rate of HSS knee function score and patient satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:1 day after surgery,there was no significant difference in the degree of lower limb swelling between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of lower limb swelling in both groups on 14 days after surgery was better than that on 1 day after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the degree of lower limb swelling was reduced in the treatment group,the excellent and good rate of HSS knee function score was higher,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage and tapping Yongquan acupoint(涌泉穴)is helpful to reduce the swelling of the lower limbs after total knee joint replacement,improve the function of the knee joint,nursing satisfaction is high,which is suitable for clinical application.
