五行音乐干预对辅助PICC置管术的疗效观察

The effect of five elements music therapy on the prevention of vasospasm in peripheral central venous catheter

目的:观察五行音乐干预对辅助PICC置管预防血管痉挛的作用。方法:选择2017年1月―12月留置PICC导管患者94例,按照随机原则分为干预组48例和对照组46例,干预组在五行音乐背景下行PICC置管,对照组常规置管。比较两组患者置管静脉痉挛发生率、初次置管成功率、疼痛评分、置管前后血压及心率改变情况等指标。结果:干预组置管静脉痉挛发生率、疼痛评分低于对照组,初次置管成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组置管前后血压及心率改变不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组置管前后血压及心率改变明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐干预能有效预防PICC置管静脉痉挛,减轻患者穿刺点疼痛,提高初次置管的成功率。

Objective:To observe the effect of five elements music therapy on prevention of vasospasm in peripheral central venous catheter(PICC).Methods:A total of 94 patients who were selected from January to December 2017 were randomized divided into the observation group(48 cases)and the control group(46 cases).The PICC of observation group were operated under the background of five elements music,the control group received conventional treatment.The observation indexes included vasospasm rate,one-time success rate of PICC,pain score,the change of blood pressure and heart rate before-after PICC.Results:The vasospasm rate and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,one-time success rate of PICC was higher than that of control group,which was of significant difference(P<0.05).The change of blood pressure and heart rate before-after PICC of the observation group was not significant,which was of no significant difference(P>0.05);the change of blood pressure and heart rate before-after PICC of the control group was distinctive,which was of significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:The five elements music therapy could effectively prevent vasospasm in PICC,alleviate pain,increase one-time success rate of PICC.
