中医护理在无痛人工流产术后调复中的应用

Application of TCM nursing in postoperative reconstruction of painless artificial abortion

目的:研究中医护理在无痛人工流产术后调复中的应用效果。方法:将2017年1月―2018年5月在我院实施无痛流产术的800例患者纳入此次研究中,以随机分组法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各400例患者,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,试验组患者采取中医护理措施,在护理后对比两组患者第一次月经情况、护理满意度、术后阴道流血时间、流血量,术后腹痛发生率。结果:①试验组患者术后第一次月经正常率93.8%高于对照组患者术后第一次月经正常率85.2%,组间对比得知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②试验组患者的护理满意度96.8%比对照组患者的护理满意度87.5%高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③对照组例患者术后流血时间(7.5±1.8)d及流血量(10.2±2.1)mL比试验组400例患者术后流血时间(3.3±0.2)d及流血量(5.0±1.3)mL多,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④对照组患者术后腹痛发生率6.2%高于试验组患者术后腹痛发生率2.5%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理在无痛人工流产术后调复中有着重要的意义,加速了术后患者的康复,降低腹痛的发生概率、术后阴道流血时间与流血量,更是提高了患者对护理的满意程度,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective:To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in postoperative recovery of painless artificial abortion.Methods:800 patients received painless artificial abortion in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were included in this study,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 400 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures.Patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.After nursing,the first menstrual status,nursing satisfaction,postoperative vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume,and postabdominal pain rate were compared between the two groups.Results:①The normal rate of the experimental group after the first period(93.8%)was higher than that of the control group,85.2%,comparison between the groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).②The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.8%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).③In the control group,the postoperative bleeding time(7.5±1.8)d and the bleeding volume(10.2±2.1)ml were more than those of the experimental group,postoperative bleeding time(3.3±0.2)d and blood flow(5.0±1.3)ml.There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).④The incidence of postoperative abdominal pain in the control group was 6.2%,which was higher than that in the experimental group.The incidence of postoperative abdominal pain was 2.5%,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing played an important role in postoperative recovery of painless artificial abortion,it could accelerate the recovery of postoperative patients,reduce the incidence of abdominal pain,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and blood flow,and improve the patient's satisfaction,which was worth promoting in clinic.
