摘要
目的:探讨不同方法提取百华花楸枝叶中的抗炎成分及抗炎作用。方法:分别以煎煮法、超声法、酶法提取百华花楸枝叶抗炎有效成分,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验,评价煎煮法、超声法及酶法各提取物的抗炎作用。结果:与空白组比较,三组提取物抑制小鼠耳郭肿胀度均具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),煎煮法抑制率为33.85%,超声法抑制率为40.59%,酶法抑制率为46.77%。结论:三组提取物均具有良好抗炎效果,酶法提取抗炎效果最好,其次是超声提取法,煎煮法最差。
Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of sorbus pohuashanensis branches leaves by different extraction methods.Methods:Using decoction,ultrasonic,enzymic method to extract anti-inflammatory active ingredients.The anti-inflammatory effect of decoction,ultrasonic,enzymic groups were investigated by determining ear swelling degree and inhibition rate of ear swelling mice in xylene-induced inflammation test.Results:Compared with the bland group,all three groups of extracts had very significantly inhibited the mice ear edema(P<0.01),the inhibition ratio of decoction method was 33.85%,the inhibition ratio of ultrasonic method was 40.59%,the inhibition ratio of enzymic method was 46.77%.Conclusion:These results suggested that three group extractions had a good effect of anti-inflammation,and enzymic method was best,which was followed by ultrasonic method,last was decoction method.
