气阴两虚型胸痹患者应用中药配方颗粒与中药饮片治疗的效果对比及对患者QOL评分的影响

Comparison of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules and Chinese medicine decoction pieces on patients with chest arthralgia due to deficiency of both qi and Yin and their effect on QOL score

目的:探讨气阴两虚型胸痹患者应用中药配方颗粒与中药饮片治疗的效果对比及对患者QOL评分的影响。方法:选取自我院2017年1月―2017年6月收治患有气阴两虚型胸痹的患者200例。随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用中药饮片治疗方法,研究组采用中药配方颗粒治疗方法。对比两组气阴两虚型胸痹患者的治疗效果及对患者QOL评分的影响。结果:研究组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的QOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:气阴两虚型胸痹患者采用中药配方颗粒治疗效果较好,并且该治疗方法便于携带、易于患者吸收,临床上应当进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules and Chinese medicine decoction pieces on patients with chest arthralgia due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin and their effect on QOL score.Methods:200 patients with chest paralysis due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction pieces,and the study group was treated with Chinese herbal formula granules.The therapeutic effect and QOL score of patients with chest arthralgia due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin between the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the QOL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules are effective in treating chest arthralgia due to deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and the method is easy to carry and absorb.It should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
