最近几年来,国内建筑行业迎来发展的高峰期,在此期间,工程管理水平日益提高,其不光能推动建筑行业的全面发展,而且还可以提高社会效益和经济效益。建筑工程管理中的影响因素较多,如人为因素、管理体制、物质因素等,只有加强各因素的管控,才能有效提升建筑工程管理水平,促进工程项目顺利完工。就对建筑工程管理的影响因素和对策进行分析,以供借鉴。

In recent years,the domestic construction industry has ushered in the peak period of development.During this period,the level of engineering management has been increasing day by day,which can not only promote the all-round development of the construction industry,but also improve social and economic benefits.There are many influential factors in the management of construction projects,such as human factors,management system,material factors and so on.Only by strengthening the control of various factors,can we effectively improve the management level of construction projects and promote the smooth completion of projects.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and countermeasures of construction engineering management,which can be used for reference.
