摘要
采用面板数据随机前沿分析方法及营业收入、营业成本和员工人数等指标,对上港集团、天津港等14个港口企业2007-2017年的经营效率进行评价.结果显示,总体上各港口的经营效率较好,但从横向比较来看,各港口的经营效率表现出较大差异,而从纵向比较来看,各港口的经营效率都呈较稳定的上升趋势.
This paper employs the method of stochastic frontier analysis(SFA) in panel data and the indexes that include operation revenue, operation cost and quantity of employees to evaluate the operational efficiency of 14 port enterprises(Shanghai port, Tianjin port etc.) from 2007 to 2017. The results indicate that the operational efficiency of selected enterprises is overall high. However, the operational efficiency of each port shows a big difference from a horizontal comparison and a relatively stable upward trend from a vertical comparison.
