摘要
我国建筑工业化主要包括三个方面,即组装结构系统、现浇结构系统和钢结构系统。对于超级高楼大厦,最重要的工业应用程序内容为组装结构系统。文章以万科星城项目工程为例,介绍了超高层建筑工业化的特点,分析了超高层建筑的构建拆分、预制构件安装等工艺特点及对施工效果的优化。
At present, China’s building industrialization mainly covers three aspects, namely, the assembly structure system, cast-in-place structure system and steel structure system. For super high-rise buildings, the most important industrial application is assembly structural systems. Taking the Vanke Star City Project as an example, this paper introduces the characteristics of the industrialization of super high-rise building, and analyzes the characteristics of high-rise building construction splitting and prefabricated component erection as well as the associated optimization of construction effect.
