摘要
为了解决地铁正线人防段空间受限条件下的设防难题,克服单扇和大小门扇形式的区间防护密闭隔断门门扇尺寸大、安装难度大的不足,借鉴传统区间防护密闭隔断门的设计原理和实践经验,研制出一种新型的“地铁单洞单线区间双扇防护密闭隔断门”。双扇隔断门单个门扇尺寸的减小,带来所需求人防防护段的空间减小,满足了有限空间内设置隔断门的特殊需求,也降低了隔断门的加工、运输和现场安装的难度和工作量。在不断开刚性接触网的前提下,通过运用接触网密封装置、活门槛密闭梁、轨道密封箱和嵌压密封胶条等方法,解决了接触网、轨道钢轨以及门扇中缝等位置的密封难题。实践证明,这种双扇隔断门构造合理、功能完善、性能可靠,启闭灵活,符合地铁人防工程的设防要求,为地铁人防工程建设提供了可靠的技术支持和保障。
The fortification of civil air defense section of metro main line under limited space is difficult, the dimension of airtight blast partition door with single-leaf or big-and-small double-leaf is overlarge, and the installation is difficult. Hence, a new type of double-leaf airtight blast partition door for single-tube single-track metro tunnel is developed based on the design principle and applicable experience of traditional airtight partition door. The door with small dimension can reduce the space needed and manufacturing, transportation and installation works. The sealing of catenary, steel rail and middle joint of door can be carried out by adopting catenary sealing device, removable threshold sealing beam, rail sealing box and pressure sealing strip under the condition that the rigid catenary is connected. The practice indicates that this kind of double-leaf airtight blast partition door is rational in structure, perfect in function, reliable in performance, flexible in opening and closing, which can meet the fortification requirement of metro civil air defense and provide technical support and guarantee for metro civil air defense construction.
