摘要 中国铁路里程基数大、增长快,在重载、快速的国情下,换轨维护任务非常艰巨,钢轨更换实现机械化、自动化的需求日益强烈。随着人工智能技术的发展,越来越多的轨道维护设备正在实现自动化,自动化换轨也成为行业一个重要的研究课题。介绍了HGCZ-2000换轨车车辆组成、技术参数、设计原理、作业流程,为相关人员了解设备技术性能并进行换轨设备选型提供依据,同时对类似车辆的开发提供参考。 Chinese railway has a large base of mileage and rapid growth,under the condition of heavy load and fast,track change maintenance task is very difficult,and the need for mechanization and automation for rail change is growing.With the development of artificial intelligence technology.Automated rail change has become an important research topic in the railway engineering machinery industry.This paper introduced the composition,technical parameters,design principle and operation process of our HGCZ- 2000 fast track change vehicle,which provides the basis for the related personnel to understand the equipment technical performance and to choose the rail-changing equipment,and provides the reference for the development of similar vehicles at the same time.
