Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical value of 3.0T MRI combined with mammography X-ray in the diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Methods A total of 57 patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were treated with 3.0T MRI and mammography. The results were compared with pathological findings. The accuracy of 3.0T MRI and mammography X-ray inspection were observed. Results The coincidence rate of 3.0T MRI was 92.98%, which was significantly higher than that of mammography (59.65%)(χ^2=17.519 8, P<0.05). The coincidence rate of 3.0T MRI was 92.98%, which was slightly lower than that of 3.0T MRI combined with mammography (98.25%)(χ^2=1.882 6, P>0.05);the coincidence rate of mammography X-ray was 59.65%, which was significantly lower than that of 3.0T MRI combined with mammography (98.25%)(χ^2=25.544 4, P<0.05). Conclusion The use of 3.0T MRI combined with mammography X-ray has high clinical value in the diagnosis of patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of TNBC, and provide scientific reasonable accurate data for clinical treatment. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
