早期综合康复护理联合优质护理对急性脑卒中患者的影响

Effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing on patients with acute stroke

目的 分析在急性脑卒中患者中应用早期综合康复护理联合优质护理对其神经功能、运动功能及预后的影响。方法 选取2017年11月至2018年11月收治的急性脑卒中患者110例,按完全随机化法分为对照组和研究组各55例。对照组采用优质护理,研究组应用早期综合康复护理联合优质护理。比较两组护理前后的神经功能、运动功能变化,比较两组的并发症发生情况,并比较两组的预后情况。结果 护理后两组患者的美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组患者的简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMI)评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(5.45%比18.18%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.274,P=0.039);研究组改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分低于对照组[(2.01±0.40)分比(2.65±0.52)分],两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.235,P=0.000)。结论 在急性脑卒中患者中应用早期综合康复护理联合优质护理更利于患者神经功能和运动功能的恢复,并可降低并发症发生率、改善患者的预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing on neurological function, motor function, and prognosis in patients with acute stroke. Methods 110 patients with acute stroke from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group by complete randomization, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given high-quality nursing, and the study group was given early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing. The changes of nerve function and motor function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. The complications within one month after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups after the nursing were lower than those before the nursing (P<0.05), which in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of the two groups after the nursing were higher than those before the nursing (P<0.05), which in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications and MRS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group [5.45% vs.18.18%,(2.01±0.40) vs.(2.65±0.52)](χ 2=4.274, P=0.039;t=7.235, P=0.000). Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing is more conducive to the recovery of neurological and motor functions in patients with acute stroke, and can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
