摘要 目的 探讨肘关节骨折患者采用视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术对其术后上肢功能康复的影响。方法 选取2016年2月至2018年10月在威海市中心医院就诊的肘关节骨折患者68例,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用传统肌肉能量技术治疗,观察组采用视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术治疗。对比两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、上肢功能障碍评估法(DASH)评分及肘关节屈曲主动关节活动度(AROM)。结果 观察组治疗后VAS评分及DASH评分均低于对照组,AROM高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 视觉反馈下肌肉能量技术可有效减轻肘关节骨折患者疼痛程度,提高肘关节屈曲主动关节活动度,改善上肢功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of muscle energy technique with visual feedback on the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with elbow fracture. Methods 68 patients with elbow fracture treated at Weihai Central Hospital from Feb., 2016 to Oct., 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the method of random number table, 34 cases for each group. The control group was treated with traditional muscle energy technique, and the observation group with visual feedback muscle energy technique. The visual analogue scores (VAS), upper limb dysfunction assessment (DASH), and elbow flexion active joint motion (AROM) were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the scores of VAS and DASH were lower and the AROM was higher in the observation group than in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Muscle energy technique with visual feedback can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients with elbow fracture, improve their motion of elbow flexion active joint and upper limb function.
