献血者血细胞参数与血细胞分离机双份单采血小板采集量的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探究献血者血细胞参数与血细胞分离机双份单采血小板采集量的相关性。方法 对2018年1月至7月来本血站无偿捐献血小板志愿者进行外周血血小板计数,选择血小板数量281×10^9/L^330×10^9/L的志愿者79例作为研究组,选择230×10^9/L^280×10^9/L的志愿者79例作为对照组。记录两组一般资料。统计两组血细胞参数(血小板计数Plt、血红蛋白浓度Hb、血容量BV、血细胞比容HCT)、采集参数(采集时间、处理总血量),并分析这些参数与血小板采集量之间的关系,计算血小板采集效率与献血者的不良反应发生率。结果 研究组与对照组身高、体质量与BMI差异无统计学意义[(65.85±9.93)kg比(67.29±11.37)kg、(1.68±2.37)m比(1.66±1.21)m、(23.33±1.77)kg/m2比(24.42±7.76)kg/m]。研究组血小板计数显著高于对照组[(298.30±16.29)×10^9/L比(245.90±12.38)×10^9/L,P<0.05];对照组血红蛋白浓度显著高于研究组[(148.73±13.22)g/L比(128.75±12.82)g/L,P<0.05]。研究组血容量、血细胞比容分别为(4.77±2.15)L、(46.01±3.17)%,对照组分别为(4.75±0.27)L、(45.68±6.32)%,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。对血红蛋白浓度与血小板采集量的相关性进行分析,血红蛋白浓度与血小板采集量之间呈现负相关的关系。研究组不良反应发生率0.09%,对照组0.12%(P>0.05)。结论 血红蛋白浓度与血小板采集量之间呈现负相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between blood cell parameters of blood donors and platelet collection volume of blood cell separator. Methods From January to July, 2018, 79 volunteers with platelet counting from 281×10^9/L to 330×10^9/L were selected as a study group, and 79 volunteers with platelet count from 230/L×10^9 to 280×10^9/L were selected as a control group. The general data of the two groups were recorded. The blood cell parameters (platelet count Plt, hemoglobin concentration Hb, blood volume BV, hematocrit HCT) and collection parameters (collection time, total blood volume) of the two groups were counted, and the relationship between these parameters and platelet collection volume was analyzed. The collection efficiency of platelet and the incidence of adverse reactions of the blood donors were calculated. Results There were no statistical differences in height, weight, and BMI between the study group and the control group [(65.85 ± 9.93) kg vs.(67.29 ± 11.37) kg,(1.68 ± 2.37) m vs.(1.66 ± 1.21) m, and (23.33 ± 1.77) kg/m2 vs.(24.42 ± 7.76) kg/m]. The platelet count was higher in the study group than in the control group [(298.30 ± 16.29)×10^9/L vs.(245.90± 12.38)×10^9/L, P < 0.05]. The hemoglobin concentration was significantly higher in the control group than in the study group [(148.73 ± 13.22) g/L vs.(128.75 ± 12.82) g/L, P < 0.05]. The blood volume and the specific volume of blood cells were (4.77 ± 2.15) L and (46.01 ± 3.17)% in the study group, and were (4.75 ± 0.27) L and (45.68 ± 6.32)% in the control group, with no statistical differences (both P > 0.05). The correlation between hemoglobin concentration and platelet collection volume was analyzed, and there was a negative correlation between hemoglobin concentration and platelet collection volume. The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.09% in the study group, and 0.12% in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion There is a negative correlation between hemoglobin concentration and platelet collection volume.
