心理行为干预对口腔修复患者恐惧和焦虑状况及心理健康的影响

Effects of psychological behavior intervention on fear,anxiety,and mental health in patients undergoing oral restoration

目的 评价心理行为干预对口腔修复患者恐惧和焦虑状况及心理健康的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至6月南方医科大学口腔医院修复科收治的70例行口腔修复的患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组、干预组,各35例。对照组常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理干预的基础上增加心理行为干预,对比两组干预措施对恐惧评分、心理健康状况评分、身心舒适度的影响。结果 干预组恐惧评分、心理健康状况评分低于对照组,身心舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 心理行为干预应用于口腔修复患者中,既可缓解恐惧感,又可提高心理健康状况及身心舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological behavior intervention on the fear and anxiety status and mental health of patients undergoing oral restoration. Methods 70 patients who underwent oral restoration in the Department of Prosthodontics, Southern Medical University from January to June, 2018 were selected as study objects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, 35 for each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group were given psychological behavior intervention and routine nursing intervention. The effects of the intervention measures on fear score, mental health status score, and physical and mental comfort were compared. Results The scores of fear and mental health status were lower and the physical and mental comfort was higher the intervention group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological behavior intervention for patients undergoing oral restoration not only relieves fear, but also improves mental health and physical and mental comfort, so it is worthy of clinical application.
