金属屋面系统抗风性能动态试验方法对比

摘要 围护系统动态风荷载试验检测的应用日趋广泛,针对金属屋面系统,研究了加拿大标准CAN/CSAA123.21-14、欧盟标准ETAG006、澳大利亚标准AS4040.3、日本标准SSR2007、美国标准UL580抗风性能试验方法,探讨不同标准试件制作要求、动态风荷载的加载制度、抗风性能评价标准等方面内容,对比总结不同标准的应用特点。研究表明:欧盟标准更加重视对于屋面连接性能的判定而缺乏对屋面整体性能的评估,澳大利亚和加拿大标准完整体现了风暴对于金属屋面系统的作用,美国标准应用动、静态和正、负压组合的试验方法,对试验仪器的要求最高,日本标准缺乏分级加载荷载大小、循环次数取值等具体规定。 Dynamic wind load test for enclosure system is more and more widely used. A detailed comparison on wind resistance test method was made among codes and standards of various countries and regions, which including Canada (CAN/ CSA-A123. 21-14), European Union(ETAG006), Australia (AS4040. 3), Japan(SSR2007) and USA(UL580). The requirements for specimen fabrication, loading system of dynamic wind load and performance evaluation for wind resistance were discussed. The application characteristics of different standards were compared and summarized. The results showed that the European Union standard paid more attention to the judgment of the roof connection performance than to the evaluation of the overall performance of the roof. Australian and Canadian standards fully reflect the role of storms in metal roofing systems. The United States standard requires the highest level of test instruments for dynamic, static, positive and negative pressure combination test methods. The Japanese standard lacks specific provisions on the load size and the number of cycles of step loading.
