摘要
我国国际地位提升,需要加大对能够直接参与国际治理的国际组织语言服务人才的培养力度。以语言服务和非通用语种为关键点的国际组织语言服务人才培养,应在目标定位上兼顾政府组织和非政府组织;在培养内容上涵盖语服技能、专业知识、管理素养和职业文化;在培养途径上体现“情境特殊化”方式,从而实现通用教育和专门培训的双重功能。
With the increase of China’s influence in the international community came the need to enhance the education of language professions for international organizations, who are qualified to be directly engaged in global governance.Such education should focus on language service and less-commonly spoken languages.It should target at both governmental and non-governmental organizations, cover the training of language service skills, professional knowledge, management expertise and occupational culture, and cater to the specific contexts of international organizations, so as to realize the double functions of whole person education and specialized training.
