不同支板构型对超声速流动影响的数值研究

摘要 支板作为超燃冲压发动机的侵入式喷注/稳焰结构,能够有效的使燃料与主流空气掺混。为了进一步分析超声速气流中支板对流动的影响规律,本文对比了二维、三维的仿真结果,并通过三维仿真分析了支板特征参数对流动的影响。结果表明:在长宽比较小的条件下,流场的三维效应更加明显;支板长度对总压恢复的影响很小;前缘半径和支板厚度越大,总压恢复系数则越小;当支板厚度大于流道高度13.4%时,极易发生气流壅塞。 As an intrusive injection and flame holding structure in scramjet engine, the strut made the fuel mix with the mainstream effectively. In order to further analyze the influence of the strut on the flow in supersonic gas flow, this paper compares the two-dimensional with the three-dimensional simulation results and analyzes the influence of characteristic parameters of the strut on the flow field through three-dimensional simulation. The results show that the three-dimensional effect of the flow field is more obvious under relatively small aspect ratio conditions. The length of the strut has a little effect on the total pressure recovery. The total pressure recovery coefficient becomes smaller as the leading edge radius and the thickness of the strut are larger, when the thickness of the strut is greater than 13.4% of the flow channel height, the airflow congestion easily occurs.
