摘要
为了研究B5生物柴油在实际运行工况下的非常规气体排放特性,基于重型底盘测功机,采用CWTVC循环,对比研究了满足国Ⅴ排放标准的柴油公交车分别燃用京Ⅵ柴油和B5生物柴油在不同行驶工况下的非常规气体排放。结果表明:与京Ⅵ柴油相比,采用B5生物柴油,NH3排放量平均降低37.84%,其中高速工况下NH3排放量降低最明显,平均降低45.98%;SO2排放量平均降低4.52%,但在高速工况下SO2平均排放量有所升高,平均升高13.52%;HCHO排放量平均降低17.24%,其中在怠速工况下排放量降低最明显,平均降低19.95%;C7H8排放量平均降低22.57%,其中在中速工况下排放量降低最明显,平均降低24.15%。试验证明国Ⅴ样车在燃用B5生物柴油后的非常规气体排放均降低。
Based on a heavy-duty chassis dynamometer, a C-WTVC cycle was used to study the unconventional gas emission characteristics of urban buses that meet the China V emission standards for the use of Beijing VI diesel and B5 biodiesel under various driving conditions. The results show that compared with Beijing VI diesel, the use of B5 biodiesel, the emissions of NH3 decreased by an average of 37.84%, of which the emissions of NH3 under high-speed conditions, the most obvious reduction, an average of 45.98%;the emissions of SO2 decreased by 4.52%, but the average emissions of SO2 under high-speed conditions increased by an average of 13.52%. Emissions of HCHO decreased by an average of 17.24%, in the emissions of HCHO decreased most significantly at idle conditions and decreased by an average of19.95%. The emission of C7H8 decreased by an average of 22.57%, in which the emissions of C7H8 decreased most significantly in medium-speed conditions and decreased by an average of 24.15%.The experiment proved that the emission of unconventional gas of diesel buses after burning B5 biodiesel is reduced.
