大掺量橡胶沥青混合料的高低温性能 被引量:4

High and low temperature performance of high volume rubber asphalt mixture

摘要 为充分发挥橡胶粉对沥青的改性优势,研究大掺量橡胶粉对沥青混合料高低温性能的影响。选取油石比为4.5%,橡胶粉掺量为3.5%(占矿料质量比),配制成大掺量橡胶沥青混合料,与SBS/AC-13、SBS/SMA-13、高模量沥青混合料和1.5%橡维联沥青混合料进行对比研究,并提出高温受力活塞模型。试验结果表明:大掺量橡胶沥青混合料高温抗车辙性比SBS/SMA-13、SBS/AC-13好,但不及掺抗车辙剂的高模量沥青混合料;与1.5%橡维联沥青混合料相比,其低温破坏应变高,破坏时未发生脆性断裂,表现出更好的低温柔韧性。大掺量橡胶沥青混合料高温稳定性良好,且没有以降低低温性能为代价。以骨架嵌挤结构和半刚性填充料协同作用的活塞模型,解释了其高温性能良好的原因。 In order to give full play to the modification advantages of rubber powder to asphalt, the effect of high volume rubber powder on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture was studied. The oil-stone ratio is 4.5,the rubber powder content is 3.5%(accounting for mineral powder), and it is formulated into a large amount of rubber asphalt mixture, with SBS/AC-13, SBS/SMA-13, high modulus asphalt mixture and the new type of rubber asphalt mixture is compared and the high temperature piston forced model is proposed. The test results show that the high-temperature anti-rutting performance of high-volume rubber asphalt mixture is better than SBS/SMA-13 and SBS/AC-13, but it is not as high-module asphalt mixture;and rubber and TOR(1.5%) modified asphalt mixture Compared with the mixture, the high-volume rubber asphalt mixture has high low-temperature failure strain and no brittle fracture at the time of failure,showing better low-temperature flexibility. The high-volume rubber asphalt mixture has good high-temperature resistance to rutting, and it does not reduce the low-temperature performance. The stable skeleton intrusion force and the piston model under the synergy of a large number of rubber powders explain the reason for its high temperature performance.
