继电保护装置整机测试用嵌入式模拟断路器研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决常规继电保护测试仪不能对带操作回路继电保护装置进行全自动测试的难题,通过对继电保护装置操作回路板卡及现有模拟断路器的研究,提出了一种配合其整机全自动调试用的嵌入式模拟断路器功能板卡设计方法。该模拟断路器采用以数字电路为核心的集成电路设计理念,它将ARM微处理器作为主控制器同继电保护测试仪进行通信及实时信号处理,从而实现继电保护装置跳合位的跟踪与控制。同时采用模块化的硬件设计,并将相应测试功能全部集成到一块功能板卡上,无缝集成到继电保护测试仪中。长期应用表明,该方法实现了继电保护装置整机逻辑功能整体一键式全自动测试,有效提高了继电保护装置的整机调试效率。 In order to solve the problem that the conventional relay protection tester can not fully test the relay protection device with the operation circuit board,through the research on the operation circuit board of the relay protection device and the existing simulated circuit breaker.A design method for the function board of embedded simulated circuit breaker for automatic debugging of the whole device is proposed.The simulated circuit breaker adopts the integrated circuit design concept with digital circuit as the core.It uses ARM microprocessor as the main controller to communicate with relay protection tester and process real-time signal,so as to realize the tracking and control of relay protection device jump-in.At the same time,the modular hardware design is adopted,and the corresponding test functions are all integrated into one function board,which is seamlessly integrated into the relay protection tester.The long-term application shows that the method realizes the one-button automatic test of the whole logic function of the relay protection device,which effectively improves the debugging efficiency of the relay protection device.
