基于ISM模型的天津“村改社区”农民创业影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Farmers′ Entrepreneurship in Tianjin“Village Reform Community”Based on ISM Model

深入研究天津市“村改社区”农民的创业问题,对于改善民生、促进“村改社区”和谐发展、推进天津城镇化、统筹城乡一体化具有重大意义.但是,受城乡二元制度的制约,影响农民创业的因素很多.笔者通过建立ISM模型从内部和外部两个方面分析天津“村改社区”农民创业的影响因素,以揭示影响因素间的层级关系,并进一步有针对性地提出对策建议.

The in-depth study of the entrepreneurship of the "village reform community" in Tianjin is of great significance for improving people′s livelihood,promoting the harmonious development of "village reform community",promoting urbanization in Tianjin,and coordinating urban and rural integration. However,due to the constraints of the urban-rural dual system,there are many factors that affect farmers′ entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of farmers′ entrepreneurship in Tianjin "village reform community" from the internal and external aspects by establishing the ISM model,in order to reveal the hierarchical relationship among the influencing factors,and it further puts forward the countermeasures in a targeted way.
