摘要
为了保证乘用车在总装车间优质高效的生产,基于总装车间的工艺约束,将产品和工厂输送、分装、辅助、检测等设备进行2D和3D静态、动态模拟校核,识别出产品、工艺、质量的匹配问题,进而提出产品及工厂的优化建议。实践结果表明,通过性同步校核、产品开发和工厂建设并行,能及时规避问题并进行优化,从而加快整车开发进度、保证整车质量、降低生产制造成本。为总装通过性同步校核在汽车研发中的实际应用提供参考。
In order to ensure the high-quality and efficient production of passenger cars in the assembly workshop, based on the process constraints of the assembly workshop, the static and dynamic simulation checkings of 2D and 3D are carried out on the product and equipments such as plant conveying, sub-assembly, auxiliary and inspection, and the matching problems of product, process and quality are identified. The optimization suggestions of products and plants are put forward. Practice results show that through synchronous checking, product development and factory construction go side by side, problems can be avoided and optimized in time, thus speeding up vehicle development progress, guaranteeing vehicle quality and reducing production and manufacturing costs. It provides a reference for the practical application of synchronous checking of assembly passability in automobile R&D.
