摘要 加油口盖的成型质量、精度以及其与侧围外板的间隙直接关系着汽车的外观品质、客户的感官质量以及产品的商品性。目前大多主机厂采用点焊加油口盖,但是点焊加油口盖存在外观不平、漆面刮伤、与侧围外板间隙面差不良等问题。通过现场和工序变量确认等方法,发现焊接变形、翻边结构以及运动间隙不足是加油口盖商品性不良的主要原因。将加油口盖连接工艺由焊接变更为包边连接,并对包边模具定位方案进行优化,解决了加油口盖外观质量不良的问题,进而提升了汽车商品性。 The forming quality and precision of the filler cap and its clearance with the side outer panel directly affect the appearance quality of the automobile, the sensory quality of the customer and the commerciality of the product. At present,most OEMs use spot welded filler cap, which has problems such as uneven appearance, scratch on the paint surface, and poor gap surface difference with the side outer panel. Through on-site and process variable confirmation, it is found that welding deformation, flanging structure and insufficient movement clearance are the main reasons for the poor commerciality of the filler cap. The connection technology of the filler cap is changed from welding to hemming connection, and the positioning scheme of the hemming die is optimized to solve the problem of poor appearance quality, and thus improve the commerciality of the automobile.
