异构脱蜡加氢装置减压塔的流程模拟及应用分析

摘要 应用PRO/Ⅱ软件,对某厂300kt/a的异构脱蜡加氢装置减压塔部分进行流程模拟,获得了与实际工况相吻合的稳态模型,模拟结果可作为生产和指导设计的依据。通过模拟分析了减压塔进料温度、真空度和汽提蒸汽量对各个产品馏程的影响,结合实际生产要求优化了操作条件。 In this article,by using Pro/Ⅱsoftware,the process simulation for the vacuum tower used in isodewaxing unit of 300 kt/ a production capacity was carried out,and stead model which is consistent with practical working condition was obtained,and result of simulation was hoped as the guidance for design and production.With the simulation,the effects of the temperature at inlet, degree of vacuum and stripping steam volume in the tower to each distillation processes were analyzed,and then combined with the requirements in practical production,the operating conditions were optimized.
