摘要
讨论了在确保产品质量和患者用药安全的前提下,针对口服固体制剂的生产,如何开发并确认空调净化系统在非生产时段的另外一种运行模式,即晚间模式,在这个运行模式下,空调系统不用满负荷运行又不会导致净化区域被污染,从而既降低药品生产企业的综合运行成本,又减少了对环境的碳排放。
In this article,with respect to the production of oral solid preparations,the development of evening pattern for purifying system in air conditioning system at non-productive time,and with the guarantee of drug safety,was discussed.With this pattern,the air conditioning system is not need to operate with full load and no pollution is resulted in purification area.Thus the comprehensive cost in pharmaceutical enterprise may be lowed and the emission of carbon can also be reduced.
