早期康复护理用于小儿脑损伤综合征的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of EarlyRehabilitation Nursing on Child Brain Damage Syndrome

目的探讨早期康复护理用于小儿脑损伤综合征的效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年10月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的122例脑损伤综合征患儿,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各61例。对照组使用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上使用早期康复护理,比较两组护理效果、护理前后Gesell发育诊断量表评分。结果研究组护理总有效率明显高于对照组,护理后研究组Gesell发育诊断量表的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理用于小儿脑损伤综合征的效果显著,可促进患儿运动功能及智力的正常发育,改善预后。

Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on child brain damage syndrome. Methods 122 brain damage syndrome children were selected in the hospital from May,2016 to October,2018,and all children patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 61 cases in each group. Children in control group were given traditional nursing, and in research group based on the control group were given early rehabilitation nursing. Nursing effect,and Gesell developmental di agnosis scale score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate of researchgroup was significantly higher than that of control group,after nursing,Gesell developmental diagnosis scale scores of research group were sig nificantly higher than those of control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a remarkable effect of early rehabilitation nursing on child brain damage syndrome. It can improve normal development of the motor function and in telligence,and improve prognosis.
