危机与重构:AGIL框架下的农村残障老人家庭支持系统

Crisis and Reconstruction: An Analysis of Family Support System for Rural Disabled Elderly Based on AGIL Model

家庭支持是目前中国农村残障老人支持的主要形式与核心力量。基于结构功能主义视角,农村残障老人家庭支持可被视为一类社会功能系统。“家庭禀赋”“家庭权威”“家庭规范”与“家庭文化”分别对应于结构功能主义AGIL模型的“适应”“达鹄”“整合”及“维模”功能要素,在传统农村的经济社会背景下,分别构成家庭支持系统的资源性、合法性、制度性与伦理性基础,从而形成以代际支持为核心的农村残障老人家庭支持有机体系。在现代性的冲击下,家庭支持系统的均衡稳定格局被打破,而酿成了当前农村残障老人家庭支持系统的失衡与危机。因此,需分别对家庭资源、家庭关系、家庭规范与家庭文化予以调适、改造与发展,以重构农村残障老人家庭支持系统,提升农村残障老人生活质量。

Family support is the main form and core strength of support for the elderly in rural areas of China.Based on structural functionalism,family support for rural disabled people can also be considered as a type of social function system.“Family endowment”,“family authority”,“family norm” and “family culture” respectively correspond to the “adaptation”,“goal attainment”,“integration” and “latent pattern maintenance” functional elements of AGIL model,which constitutes the “resources”,“legality”,“institutional” and “ethical” foundations of family support system of traditional rural areas,thus forming an organic family support system for rural disabled elderly with intergenerational support as the core.Under the impact of modernity,the equilibrium and stability of the system has been broken,and it has become an imbalance and crisis situation for the family support system of the disabled elderly in rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust,transform and develop “family resources”,“family relations”,“family norms” and “family culture” to reconstruct the family support system for disabled elderly and improve the quality of their life.
