A Brief Introduction to Chinese Teaching in Southeast Asian

东南亚华人华侨的发展史饱含着汗水和眼泪,百年华文教育之路更是充满荆棘和坎坷。改革开放后中国经济的发展和国际地位的提高为海外华人社会和华文教育开辟了新局面。未来东南亚华文教育的发展应该考虑东南亚各国的实际情况,从汉语特征出发,在教学的目的语和学生母语进行对比的基础上,切实改革教学内容和方法。另外,语言是文化的载体,只有透过语文才能真切地了解文化,融文化于汉语教学才是东南亚华文教育的康庄大道。

The developing road of the Southeast Asian Chinese Teaching is full of the thorns and frustrations.The great development of the Chinese economy and the elevation of China's international status after the Economic Reform and Open Up created a new situation for Chinese teaching in this area.It is argued that Chinese teaching in the future should be implemented through innovation in teaching contents and teaching methods in the light of the actual situations of the countries,the characteristics of the Chinese language and the differences between the target language and and the students' native language. Language is the carrier of culture and culture is known through language.Therefore,combining the cultural elements with the language teaching is considered the right way for Southeast Asian Chinese teaching.
