摘要
针对仁怀市垃圾焚烧发电工程特殊的地理位置以及彻底防止渗沥液污染地下水的要求,通过对搪瓷水箱特性研究以及与常规混凝土水池方案的对比分析,结合实际工程经验,针对搪瓷水箱在垃圾焚烧电厂渗沥液存储系统中的应用,从除臭、防真空和排泥以及内部搅拌等方面提出了创新性的设计方案,可为渗沥液处理系统存储设施的设计提供借鉴与参考。
In view of the special location of waste incineration power generation project in Renhuai City and the request of completely preventing leachate from polluting the underground water,through the study of the characteristics of the enamel tank and the comparison with the conventional concrete tank project,combined with practical engineering experience,aiming at the application of enamel tank in leachate storage system of waste incineration power plant,innovative design schemes are put forward from deodorization,vacuum protection,sludge discharge and internal mixing,which can provide reference for the design of storage facilities of leachate treatment system.
