摘要
目的探讨思维导图在护理技能培训中的应用效果。方法对我院2016年1月—2017年12月新入职的58名护理人员进行研究,随机分为研究组和对照组各29例。对照组实施常规护理技能培训,研究组在对照组基础上采用思维导图,对比2组培训结果。结果培训前,2组理论知识、技能考核成绩以及评判性思维能力评分对比均无明显差异(P>0.05);培训后,2组理论知识、技能考核成绩以及评判性思维能力评分均有明显上升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组培训满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图在护理技能培训中具有重要的作用,不仅能够提高培训效果,加强护理人员对理论及实践知识的了解,还能够充分发挥其主观能动性,培养评判性思维,且易被护理人员接受,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping in nursing skill training. Methods 58 newly recruited nurses from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were studied. 29 nurses in the study group and 29 nurses in the control group were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was trained with routine nursing skills, while the research group was trained with mind mapping on the basis of the control group, and the training results were compared between the two groups.Results Before the training, there was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge, skill assessment and critical thinking ability between the two groups (P>0.05).after the training,there was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge between the two groups. The scores of skill assessment and critical thinking ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The training satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping plays an important role in nursing skills training. It can not only improve the effect of training,strengthen the understanding of theoretical and practical knowledge of nurses, but also give full play to their subjective initiative and cultivate critical thinking. It is easy to be accepted by nurses and is worth popularizing and applying.
