护理程序健康教育对维持性血透患者血管通路认知度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析在维持性血液透析(血透)患者中应用护理程序健康教育对血管通路认知度的影响。方法选取我院维持性血透患者84例,随机分为对照组和研究组各42例,对照组予以常规护理,研究组在常规护理基上应用护理程序健康教育。比较2组护理前后的血管通路认知度和自我护理水平,护理后血管通路相关并发症发生情况。结果护理后2组的血管通路认知度调查问卷评分和自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血管通路相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在维持性血透患者中应用护理程序健康教育,对于提高患者的血管通路认知度和自我护理水平,降低血管通路相关并发症发生率具有显著作用。 Objective To analyze the effect ofnursing program health education on vascular access awareness in maintenance hemodialysis(HB) patients. Methods Eighty-four patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and study group(42 cases). The control group received routine nursing. The study group applied nursing degree health education on the routine nursing base to compare the blood vessels before and after the two groups. Pathway awareness and self-care levels were compared with vascular access-related complications within 1 month of care in both groups. Results After the nursing,the vascular access awareness questionnaire score and the self-care ability scale(ESCA)scores of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of vascular access-related complications within 1 month was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing program health education in maintenance hemodialysis patients has a significant effect on improving the vascular access awareness and self-care level and reducing the incidence of vascular access related complications.
