摘要
文章主要探讨了超高大跨度型钢球节点网架栈桥整体吊装施工方法:构件地面整体拼装焊接,二机抬吊一次到位,无须搭设承重满堂架;合理布置构件位置及安排吊装顺序,避免因构件、起重设备挪移次数过多而引起质量、安全问题;栈桥板、彩钢板等围护结构地面一次装配到位,与结构构件整体吊装。
This paper mainly discusses the overall hoisting construction method of the super-high and long-span steel ball node grid trestle.The components are assembled and welded on the ground,lifted in place by two cranes together.There is no need to set up the fullload frame.Reasonably arrange the position of the components and the lifting sequence to avoid the quality and safety problems caused by being moved too many times by the lifting equipment.The bridge structure,color steel plate and other enclosure structures are assembled once in place,and then the structural components are hoisted as a whole.
