Research on the Informationization and Application of Safety Risk Management and Monitoring in the Construction of Urban Rail Transit

本文通过分析国内轨道交通建设安全风险管理的优缺点,进一步细化安全风险管理体系的工作流程,提出建设安全风险管理信息平台的理念,并介绍了安全风险管理信息平台的相关功能。其能够排查隐患,及时预警、报警,实现了风险的动态控制,提高了管理效率,还增强了参建各方对安全风险管理的责任心,使得提高风险控制及防范能力更具有建设意义。

By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of safety risk management in domestic rail transit construction,this paper further refines the workflow of the security risk management system,puts forward the concept of building a safety risk management information platform,and introduces the related functions of the safety risk management information platform,which can make a warn and alarm timely. Thus,we can realize the dynamic control of the risks,improve the management efficiency,enhance the responsibility of participating parties for safety risk management,and improve the significance of building risk control and prevention capabilities.
