中美贸易战对中国新时代供给侧改革提出更加坚定信心、加大科技创新力度、持续推进改革三项要求。必须坚决拥护党中央、国务院的战略抉择,吸取日美贸易战的教训打持久战,以积极心态应对中美贸易战争。加大科技创新力度方面的应对措施是以创新理念为指导搞好关键核心技术领域的“破”“立”“降”工作,支持华为等关键核心技术企业参与国际竞争,建立有利于关键核心技术发展的长效机制。持续推进改革方面的应对措施是应对特朗普的谈判策略,坚持以一个中国的整体力量对外,坚持“三去一降一补”措施,制定制度性的反制措施,使出我们的杀手锏。
